Dr
Adel Zaki, certified energy manager, certified indoor air quality
professional, Certified fire and unfired pressure vessels, certified
confined space manager, and Heating Ventilating and air conditioning
consultant from USA. He has been dealing with BSL-3 facilities since
1983. He has extended experience in BSL-3 design, modifications,
alterations, operation and maintenance for more than 35 years. He also
has intensive experience in the biomedical research facilities design,
start up, running, operating and maintaining.

Dr
Adel Zaki, an expert in the field of BSL -3 facility design, Operation
and Maintenance was invited to perform gap analysis of BSL-3 facility
at Indus Hospital from March 17-20 2009.
Special Biosafety Awareness session was arranged by PBSA on March 19
2010, at Indus Hospital.
Ms
Maqboola K Dojki started the proceedings by giving Introduction and
Journey of PBSA.

Adel Zaki discussed “Principles and Practices of Biosafety “Risk
Assessment “ and “How to choose your Biosafety Cabinet”, while Ms
Shahida Qureshi gave her presentation on Personal protection
